A Capacity Building programme on ‘Climate Smart Agriculture’ for Senior and Middle level officers of Agriculture Departments of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
A Capacity Building programme on ‘Climate Smart Agriculture’ for Senior and Middle level officers of Agriculture Departments of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana was organized by Centre for Good Governance in collaboration International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) New Delhi during 29-31 July 2015. The programme saw participation of 36 officers of Agriculture Department from the three states.
The programme was designed to introduce the concept of climate change and various aspects of climate smart agriculture through experts in this field as resource persons from ICRISAT, CRIDA, IARI and Centre for Sustainable Agriculture (CSA).
