4. We are seeking a technology enthusiast who is specialized in IT Project Management, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) of emerging technologiesies

Skill set Required:

 We are seeking a technology enthusiast who specializes in IT Team Lead and Artificial Intelligence (AI) of emerging technologies. He should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Team Lead, along with 2+ years of specialization in integrating AI solutions using Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, etc. into IT projects. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead in-depth technical discussions with startups and other service providers to finalize solutions. • Evaluate solutions within various sub-domains of Artificial Intelligence such as Computer vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), etc. and recommend cost-effective options for implementation in various eGovernance projects.

Assess other AI-based solutions such as Github Co-pilot, ChatGPT, etc, which enhance the speed and quality of IT project development and provide recommendations to senior management for potential implementation within CGG

. • Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for identified use cases and finalize PoCs for implementation.

• Evaluate the necessary infrastructure required for IT solutions developed.

• Create and oversee project plans for implementing initiatives, managing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.

• Ensure that PoCs are completed on time, within the approved scope and budget.

• Identify potential risks and challenges related to technology adoption and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

• Continuously assess the success and impact of implemented solutions by gathering feedback from stakeholders to enhance their effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including development teams, external partners, and senior leadership, to align technology initiatives with project goals.

• Deliver training programs to enable teams to effectively leverage new technologies

. • Communicate project progress, status, and outcomes effectively to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, strategy documents, PoC reports and other technology-related documentation.

• Address and resolve issues, challenges, and roadblocks that may arise during technology project implementation.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within project teams and across the organization

. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
