Prajavani-Praja Bhavan is a formal channel created by the Government of Telangana, to enable the citizens of the Telangana State to raise their concerns /complaints regarding the public services and governance. With this objective to bring the Governance closer to citizens, the “Prajavani” program (at Praja Bhavan) was started on 8th Dec’23, wherein the public are allowed to submit grievances to the Hon’ble Chief Minister (CM). CGG was brought on board to create a robust and adaptable IT system to capture the grievances submitted by the citizens at Praja Bhavan. The application development is being is made operational since January 23, 2024. As of March 27, 2024, and a total of 56,608 applications have been received. This platform enables officials to track the progress of complaints and provide timely resolutions through an online system.
