IAS Officer Trainee of 2022 batch visit CGG
Dr. MCR HRD Institute is conducting a practical training programme for IAS Officer Trainees of 2022 batch (Assistant Collectors Under Training) of Telangana Cadre. As part of this training program, six IAS Officer Trainees visited CGG to gain a comprehensive understanding on CGG’s operations, its wide range of activities and its significant contribution in promoting Good Governance.
CGG organized a day-long session, featuring engaging presentations by experts in the field. Mr. B V Krishna Reddy provided a holistic view of CGG, while Ms. Maadhavi Sriram discussed the impact of eGovernance. Mr. Lokesh J shed light on the usage of emerging technologies in Governance, and Mr. Devi Prasad J & Mr. Shabbeer Shaikh presented selected knowledge and research projects. Additionally, Mr. Mahesh Babu highlighted CGG's impressive IT infrastructure initiatives.
The Officer Trainees also had the privilege of visiting CGG's state-of-the-art Data Centre, the Emerging Technologies COE, and the Training & Learning Centre. They were deeply impressed by the cutting-edge infrastructure.
The program concluded with an inspiring session led by Mr. Rajendra Nimje, DG of CGG. He shared CGG's incredible journey and its significant projects in various domains of Governance and e-Governance. Moreover, he shared his own story of willpower, hard work, and experiences in various challenging roles. Mr. Nimje encouraged the IAS Officer Trainees to actively participate in initiatives that aim to improve society, emphasizing that even small contributions can create a significant impact.
