Release of DOST Phase 1 allotments
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced the results of Phase 1 seat allotments for Degree Online Services for Telangana (DOST) 2023. đ
DOST provides a convenient platform for students seeking admission into various Undergraduate Programmes offered by State Universities such as Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Palamuru, Mahatma Gandhi, Sathavahana, and Mahila Vishwa Vidyalayam, JNTU, and TSBTET. It's a robust eGovernance application designed, developed, and hosted by CGG.
DOST offers unique features, including:
- Registration process with Aadhaar OTP/biometric authentication/Real-Time Face Recognition
- Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) with a wide range of subject selections, offering approximately 500 different combinations
- WhatsApp chatbot service and online grievance redressal system to resolve student queries

Allotment algorithm tailored to accommodate various criteria of merit list and reservation roster.
