CGG’s Symposium on Telangana Good Governance Day – Ease of Doing Governance
The concluding session focused on “Ease of Doing Governance” ie., implementation of various schemes and programs through eGovernance Solutions. Two insightful presentations were given: 1) Infusing Emerging Technologies in eGovernance Projects by Ms. Maadhavi Sriram, Director, eGovernance Division, and 2) Usage of Github Copilot & ChatGPT in CGG by Ms. Suseela J, Project Manager, eGovernance Division.
The first presentation started with CGG's journey in eGovernance in 2005 with a single housing project and how it has expanded to providing nearly 200 solutions across major sectors to 150 organizations/HoDs under 26 departments. In the last few years, under the guidance and leadership of Sri Rajendra Nimje, DG, CGG, it has made significant improvements in processes, IT infrastructure, quality solutions, and secured applications. From eGovernance to m-governance and now embracing emerging technologies, CGG is leading the way and is working on 13 identified use cases along-with upskilling their employees to keep up with new technologies.
The "Usage of Github Copilot & ChatGPT" is an impressive initiative led by Sri Rajendra Nimje, DG, CGG. The presentation highlighted how CGG is adopting Language Models and Github Copilot in various areas such as business communications, documentation, coding, and testing.
