Project Brief:

Roads and Buildings Department, Telangana, came into existence on 02-06-2014, on formation of Telangana. The Operations of the department are conducted, in the name and authority of the Governor of Telangana. The Minister for Roads & Buildings in the State Cabinet is responsible to the State Legislature relating to the works of the Department

Online submission of Road Cutting Permission / Right of Way application

1. Online submission of documents and verification without the need for a physical touch point.
2. Online payment of Road Cutting / Right of Way fees (through SBI Payment Gateway)
3. Allows the users to download the final signed approval certificate from the online portal
4. In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Roads, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby order the following:

The online system will be operational for Industry/Public use from 1st August, 2017 and shall not to accept any application and documents related to Road Cutting Permission / Right of Way in physical form after 1st August, 2017. Applications and documents submitted online will only be accepted.
